Allow me to introduce myself, I am Carl, a passionate individual who has nurtured a deep affection for reptiles and animals since my earliest memories. With a Level 2 certification in animal care and welfare, I have gained extensive experience working with a diverse range of creatures during my tenure as an animal technician. Throughout the years, my household has been graced by the presence of an eclectic mix of pets, including snakes, lizards, dogs, cats, and many more.

Together with my wife Jenny, we established CJ's, an endearing acronym derived from our names, as a family-owned organization dedicated to reptile rescue, rehoming, and education. Our humble abode has become a sanctuary for a variety of reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and mammals, all of whom we have lovingly adopted as cherished members of our family.

As a fully registered not-for-profit company with Companies House, we actively engage with schools, care homes, private gatherings, and corporate events, where we proudly showcase our beloved pets. Through hands-on experiences, we aim to educate individuals about the unique needs and requirements of these remarkable creatures.

Moreover, we gladly open our doors to other reptiles in need, providing them with a safe haven for rehabilitation and ultimately assisting them in finding their forever homes. Our mission is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of these vulnerable animals, ensuring they receive the care and love they deserve.
